Carpet cleaning is one thing. We can all see that they get dirty very quickly and the need to vacuum frequently and the rest. Thanks to gravity, spills, dead skin, pencil shavings and other bits and pieces end up on the floor. And we have to clean it. But what about the wall? Have you ever really looked at the walls? Have you seen how dirty?
Clean walls and the wallpaper has something of a 1950 housewife touch about it - the kind of thing that household cleaners do just fanatical. However, it is much easier to wash a wall until you change the wallpaper. And it's definitely cheaper. Might not want to clean the wall every day or every week, but it is certainly something to be done - maybe at the annual spring cleaning (or save it until they are flush with enough cash to hire a professional home cleaner do the dirty work that has been avoiding.)
Wallpaper these days is, fortunately, easier to clean and tend to have an ending that let it fall apart if the smallest of moisture in which the ancients did, as wallpapers. If you have a wallpaper oldest of its kind that is looking dirty, do not bother to clean wallpaper. Just replace or live with the head (tremor). And the painted walls are even easier to clean.
Tips for cleaning walls:
* Remove cobwebs clean cloth wrapped around a broom and sweep this around where the cobwebs are (probably in a corner of height). You can do the same with cobwebs on the ceiling. Once the cloth is covered with pieces of cloth, spiders and dead flies legs, remove it and replace it with a broom clean. Do not just use a broom - the dust will inevitably get caught in the bristles all over the wall and make things worse. Cobwebs hand, simply be removed with a cloth (the fabric, not the kind of feathers). The presence of spider webs in your house is a good thing - it shows that your home is sufficiently free of toxins and other unpleasant than other species want to live in it.
* General dirt can be cleaned with a dilute solution of vinegar and hot water. It is best to do the whole wall in one sweep (perhaps out of this work until the Test cricket being played on the radio to keep his mind busy, because cleaning the walls down is very boring, especially if the background is white). You need a whole bucket of the solution and several rags, which are changed regularly. A soft toothbrush can also help with stubborn bits. This works with wallpaper and painted walls.
* Stone walls can be washed with soap and warm water.
* The vodka or other strong spirit can be used to remove permanent marker after a little bastard had scribbled on the wall. You will need plenty of it and lots of patience. felt-tip pen is easier - they are usually water-based foam for the brand with plenty of water to clean and pencil is easier to remove all ... just use a rubber (eraser for our transatlantic friends). Colored pencils can be removed by gently rubbing the doodle with toothpaste or a paste of baking soda. Sponge residue with a damp cloth.
